Ved Exports primarily manufactures wide range of brass components [brass parts] used in electrical , electronics, hardware, sanitary and other industrial brass products.
Ved Exports was established in 1983 in Jamnagar city of Gujarat State in India. It is situated in western India; about 500 miles from Mumbai (map) and about 1000 miles from Delhi, the capital of India. Jamnagar facility was chosen due to its ambience for ideal casting conditions, availabilty of skilled labour force and suitable industrial infrastructure.
Ved Exports is a vertically integrated company, right from importing the raw materials in the form of brass scrap to marketing the finished product under its own brand name - Ved Exports. Please see our products section to view our complete range of products. Brass scrap is imported from U.K., USA, and middle east. The finished brass components are exported to Middle East, Europe, USA, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia and also distributed in various centers in India. Ved Exports products confirm to the strictest quality standards and we are the preferred suppliers for many ISO 9000 companies in India and abroad. The electrical and electronics components for our export markets are manufactured through extruded brass rods from our extrusion plant; where the specific brass composition, as specified by our foreign buyers, is adhered to. We also manufacture products from recycled brass scrap through gravity casting in our foundry.
Ved Exports has the advanced CAD/CAM facilities to design and produce products from customer specificaton or drawings. Customers are requested to send an electronic copy of their requirements by email for quotes. Drawing files are accepted in any of the popular formats.
In 1999, Ved Exports’s gross turnover was 40 million Indian Rupees and processed about 90 Tonnes of Brass into components. |
