• Gravity Casting

Extrusion Process: The precise composition of Copper(Cu), Zinc(Zn) and Lead(Pb) is controlled through electronic composition process. The molten brass is extruded into brass rods of desired shape and size.
Gravity Casting Process: The brass scrap is heated in crucibles in foundry and moulded into rods or one piece castings when cold.
